Rancho Boots ONLY OFFERS EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS will be issued for any purchases. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. Exchange is only applicable, if the item is in stock.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Colognes/ Perfumes
  • Jewelry

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS will be issued for any purchases.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. All sale items are FINAL Sale. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchange ONLY available if item is IN STOCK.

Rancho Boots only offers exchanges for a different size of the same item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ranchobootsww@gmail.com. Once one of our team members has approved your exchange, proceed to follow exchange policy.

If you wish to send item(s) please include your order number, name and phone number. Please include the reason for the exchange, a picture of the item, and proof of purchase. Feel free to contact us directly regarding item availability including sizes, we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

You are responsible for all shipping to and from fees for any exchange.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: RANCHO BOOTS AND WESTERN WEAR 1171 Sixth St. Norco, CA, 92860.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
