Returns & Exchanges: Here at Rancho Boots and Western Wear we only offer exchanges for a different size of the same item. We do not refund back to your original method of payment.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange items
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
How to Return or Exchange

- Include your order number and reason for exchange
- We'll provide exchange instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship items back to us

Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your exchange within 5-7 business days.

- Items without original tags
