What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Every order has a Flat Rate (5-10 Business Days) delivery charge. Any orders of $200 or more will have a free shipping option.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery will vary depending on location. There is a flat shipping rate of 5 – 10 business days.

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is placed, our team will look over the order. An email will be sent in regard to your order. After a confirmation is made, we will begin to process the order. Our team will do their best to ensure every order is packaged efficiently and as soon as possible. Once we have completed the order, we will send it out for delivery. Consequently, we will send an email confirming the completion of your order and will include a tracking number, in order for our customers to see the progress of their delivery.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, every order will include an invoice and a packing list.
